Sales Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Pitch and sell hirify.global Business to startups, SMEs, and corporates in Singapore.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients, ensuring requirements are met and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to generate and qualify quality leads.
• Work with Product colleagues to identify user needs and develop features that support business growth.
• Maintain detailed customer and prospect records in the CRM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience in SaaS, banking, or fintech in Singapore.
• Demonstrated ability to hunt for new sales opportunities and work with prospects.
• Ability to operate independently and introduce new processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analytical writing and presentations.
• Interest in building a people-oriented team culture and supporting future hiring and talent development.

Nice to have

• Experience selling corporate cards in Singapore.
