What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, expand hirify.global’ presence in Singapore, and exceed sales targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure for key accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and identify complex business challenges to deliver ROI-focused value.
  • Develop and maintain a data-backed pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined execution.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations, representing hirify.global in customer engagements and industry events across Singapore.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product to deliver strong customer experiences and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills with structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
  • Proficiency in solution selling for software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/customer engagement solutions).
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) required to collaborate with regional and global teams.
