Logistics and Inventory Specialist (Robotics)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus potential equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Receive and inspect materials and parts while keeping inventory records accurate and accessible.
• Pull and kit components for assembly builds and cross-reference BOMs to determine whether assemblies are clear to build.
• Issue purchase orders, track open orders, and follow up with vendors on delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.
• Resolve shipment, order, and inventory discrepancies and improve logistics processes and inventory systems.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking software, spreadsheets, and BOM management.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or related equipment as needed.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh five days per week.
