Injection Molding Technician - 2nd Shift (3:00PM-11:30PM Mon-Fri)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Perform routine fabrication and testing tasks according to manufacturing procedures.
• Set up molds using standard tools and procedures under supervision.
• Handle materials and operate or support auxiliary equipment such as dryers, conveyors, and chillers.
• Measure parts and perform basic quality inspections using drawings and blueprints.
• Identify and report common molding defects while documenting work accurately.
• Follow instructions, learn assigned procedures, and complete tasks reliably under close supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and material handling.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings.
• Basic knowledge of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
• Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.

Nice to have

• Certification or an associate's degree.
• Familiarity with injection, compression, blow molding, or thermoforming processes.
