Molding Set Up Technician 1st Shift

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin, United States of America; onsite, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Global water solutions provider developing residential filtration, industrial water management, pool, and other sustainable water products.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor injection molding equipment to meet cycle times and specifications.
• Install and remove molds, configure machine controls, purge materials, and install auxiliary equipment such as chillers and heaters.
• Load programs, install and repair end-of-arm tools, and troubleshoot robotic and automation systems.
• Inspect molded parts, support quality technicians, and maintain production and process documentation.
• Use measurement tools including micrometers, verniers, height gauges, bore gauges, and attribute gauges.
• Communicate technical information with engineering, supervision, and manufacturing personnel while performing direct manufacturing operations as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role within an injection molding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and quality documentation.
• Ability to walk, bend, perform basic motor skills, and lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent lifting or carrying of up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work the first shift and fulfill overtime requirements.
