What you will do

• Support providers, room patients, take vital signs, triage patients, and handle prescription calls.
• Insert, maintain, and remove peripheral IV lines.
• Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, biologic treatments, and other prescribed therapies.
• Assess patients, review laboratory findings and medication orders, and monitor responses during infusions.
• Provide nursing care in person, by telephone, and through telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-management, medications, nutrition, wellness, and injectable biologics.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Nursing degree required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior healthcare-setting experience required.
• IV experience required.
• Ability to document medication dosages, flow rates, patient outcomes, and care plans in electronic health records.
