Associate eCommerce Operations Manager - UGG

What you will do

• Own UGG’s JD flagship and self-operated stores, delivering annual sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Develop differentiated strategies for store positioning, customer mix, product assortment, and platform growth.
• Manage TP agencies end to end, including KPI setting, business-plan execution, performance tracking, and evaluation.
• Create seasonal sales plans and roadmaps, using sales, traffic, conversion, consumer, and paid-media data to adjust tactics.
• Lead major promotions such as 618, D11, and D12 while coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support JD platform negotiations, traffic and activity resource acquisition, forecasting, budget control, reporting, and channel P&L optimization.

Requirements

• In-depth, systematic e-commerce operations expertise with strong operational leadership.
• Ability to independently develop sales plans and resolve complex operational and business issues.
• Experience with merchandise planning, e-marketing budgets, customer service governance, TP agency oversight, and brand go-to-market strategy.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze platform trends, competitors, consumer behavior, sales performance, and paid-media ROI.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies, and JD category stakeholders.
• Based in Shanghai, China.
