What you will do

• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance.
• Assist with resource allocation, budget tracking, goal setting, and planning.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales and sales enablement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications, such as Sales Analyst Professional.
