Location: Onsite at 6750 Kimball Avenue, Chino, California 91708, United States

Annual salary: $96,000–$144,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage daily maintenance department operations and ensure facility performance.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, including material handling equipment, pneumatic and electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment, and building systems.
• Implement staffing, scheduling, workload coordination, productivity, quality, and safety plans for the area.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal maintenance regulations, including OSHA, hazardous waste, NFPA, stormwater, and DOT requirements.
• Track expenses, capital expenditures, asset utilization, and business performance reports against budget.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, hire, and develop associates, managers, and supervisors.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or technical school certification in an industrial-related field plus one year of related maintenance supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Alternative qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, industrial, logistics, or a related field; relevant Walmart Logistics maintenance experience; or supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience must include supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing personnel, managing workloads, and participating in hiring or promotion activities where applicable.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Compliance, general maintenance, Microsoft Office, refrigeration equipment, associate supervision, or warehouse management systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or logistics.
