Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance

Location: Beebe, Arkansas, United States; onsite at hirify.global Supercenter 04168

Hourly wage: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, fixtures, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document wear or equipment issues, recommending repairs or replacements.
• Use plumbing, electrical, carpentry, hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete maintenance work.
• Lead and train less-experienced associates while overseeing work quality and safety compliance.
• Manage work orders, parts inventory, budgets, warranty claims, and contractor relationships.
• Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification plus 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related area, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions in the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations and no preventable commercial vehicle accidents in the last three years.
• No serious traffic violations as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements, plus experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Nice to have

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
