Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission (Logistics)

Location: 100% in-office at 4100 International Plaza, Ft. Worth, Texas 76109, USA. Optional paid relocation with a sign-on bonus may be available to the Greater Cincinnati area through the Fast Track Program.

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 minimum compensation during the first year, based on education, plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Complete a paid, hands-on six-month training program in sales and logistics.
• Support Logistics Account Executives by addressing customer needs, finding carriers, and managing daily freight operations.
• Prospect and cold call to develop negotiation and sales skills.
• Build a customer book, close new business, and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to work 100% in-office in Ft. Worth, Texas.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflict.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional customer service, and an elite work ethic.
• Self-motivation, ambitious goals, coachability, and problem-solving ability.
• College degree preferred but not required; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
