Location: Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona or Salt Lake City, Utah

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a book of business by closing net-new customers and upselling existing accounts.
  • Identify and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Consult with clients to understand their supply chain needs and create value-add solutions.
  • Lead business meetings with existing clients to plan for future growth and operational success.
  • Navigate and sell the full suite of supply chain products across the shipment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Ocean, Air, and Customs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both virtual and face-to-face environments.
  • Ability to learn fast and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be located in or willing to work from Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT.
