Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Location: Remote/work-from-home; the role supports Medicare members in the United States.

Salary: $19.00 per hour base pay.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members.
• Explain coverage options, next steps, and healthcare information in a consultative, service-focused manner.
• Resolve member concerns and support retention, loyalty, and engagement.
• Meet expectations for call quality, retention metrics, member engagement, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain communication with the supervisor and team and attend seasonal meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• At least one year of Medicare experience.
• Comfort working across multiple software systems, with basic computer and technical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first approach.
• Availability for a production schedule that includes at least one weekend day per week during AEP.
• Home office setup meeting remote-work requirements and willingness to complete a background check.

Nice to have

• Telesales or contact center experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach.
