Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers to resolve inquiries.
• Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers or updating lienholder information.
• Provide guidance on existing insurance policy coverages and benefits.
• Execute retention strategies to find solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
• Manage and send essential policy documentation to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Passion for helping others and resolving customer issues.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states or Ontario, Canada.
