Employer Enrollment Representative, Seasonal (Health Insurance)

Location: Remote within the USA

Hourly pay rate: $20.50 USD per hour

What you will do

• Monitor and manage a shared inbox for employer group requests.
• Process employee terminations, coverage additions, cancellations, and other benefit changes.
• Route requests to the appropriate department when they cannot be handled directly.
• Complete enrollment tasks through online portals and benefits systems.
• Send recertifications, maintain documentation, and review paperwork against carrier requirements.
• Support existing team members while learning processes, systems, and responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or college coursework is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in health plan enrollment, healthcare administration, insurance operations, or a related field.
• Experience with enrollment or health insurance systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, data integrity, and discretion with confidential member information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Medicare and/or ACA enrollment guidelines.
• Salesforce experience.
