Location: Corp Office GA Hub, 225 Chastain Meadows Court NW, Kennesaw, Georgia, United States

Annual salary: $134,600.00–$215,400.00, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage multiple risk and compliance teams, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Oversee the identification, response, remediation, and reporting of operational compliance risks and issues.
• Partner with Legal and cross-functional leaders to interpret regulatory requirements and align risk management across the organization.
• Set strategic direction, methodologies, priorities, roadmaps, and reporting for Compliance Services.
• Present compliance activities, remediation efforts, and escalated risks to executive leadership and board members.
• Build a customer-service-oriented culture that strengthens engagement with business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional leadership experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams across simultaneous projects, priorities, and major strategic changes.
• Strong leadership, influence, relationship-building, change-management, analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with risk, audit, and/or compliance programs.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
