What you will do

• Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of the global compliance program.
• Manage compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and mitigation plans.
• Advise on applicable laws and monitor evolving enforcement trends.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver compliance training.
• Support internal investigations and respond to regulatory inquiries or audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7-10 years of related experience in compliance or risk management.
• Superior legal analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multinational stakeholders.
