Sales Representative (Logistics)

Location: 100% in-office at 4241 Olympic Boulevard, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018, USA

Minimum first-year compensation: $40,000–$50,000 annually, based on education, plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Complete a paid, hands-on six-month training program in sales and logistics.
• Support Logistics Account Executives by solving customer needs, finding carriers, and managing daily freight operations.
• Prospect and cold-call potential customers while developing negotiation skills.
• Build a book of business and establish relationships with new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues and coordinate timely pickup and delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to work 100% in the office in Erlanger, Kentucky.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflict.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-motivation, ambitious goals, strong work ethic, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience is required; a college degree is preferred but not required.
