TDMK-Associate, Sales (Food Logistics)

Location: On-site in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, United States. Travel by car, train, or airplane may be required.

Salary: $53,350–$78,287 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level customers and support long-term partnerships.
• Qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, address objections, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Research industry trends, market opportunities, competitors, and potential customer segments.
• Assist with negotiations, close new sales deals, and support revenue targets.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and support for new customers.
• Work with Logistics Account Managers on customer requirements, issue resolution, retention, and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of food logistics, market trends, rate structures, and customer pricing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, active listening, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
