Designer I (Civil 3D)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina; hybrid position with occasional on-site visits

What you will do

• Create civil engineering drawings in Civil 3D AutoCAD for fiber optic network designs.
• Support new macro and small cell site development and modifications to existing telecommunications facilities.
• Develop baseline knowledge of telecommunications equipment and client-specific requirements.
• Track assigned tasks, manage priorities, and follow CAD standards and templates.
• Read and analyze blueprints and technical drawings.
• Produce accurate drawings efficiently and participate in occasional on-site visits.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience producing civil engineering or similar site engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints and technical drawings.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent relevant experience.
