Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission - Cincinnati North (Logistics)

Location: 100% in-office in West Chester, Ohio, United States

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 minimum compensation in the first year, plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Complete six months of direct training in sales and logistics.
• Support Logistics Account Executives by solving customer needs, finding carriers, and managing daily freight operations.
• Prospect and cold call to develop negotiation and sales skills.
• Build a book of business and establish relationships with new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues and ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile; no previous experience is required.
• Elite work ethic and ability to compete in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle conflict.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional customer service skills.
• Must work 100% in the office in West Chester, Ohio.
