TL;DR

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Crane Aerospace & Electronics supplies critical systems and components for aerospace and defense applications, including satellites, missiles, unmanned aerial systems, and aircraft.

What you will do

  • Create NPI, standard, and non-standard work orders in Oracle ERP.
  • Schedule production, distribute work orders, and coordinate with supervisors to level-load work according to available resources and requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, engineering, management, Buyers, and value stream managers to maintain production flow.
  • Expedite delayed operations and resolve material shortages, schedule risks, backlogs, and other production interruptions.
  • Prepare risk, on-time delivery, aged WIP, and other production reports, including recovery dates for delayed products.
  • Audit and maintain MRP signal data, production data, Kanban parameters, and capacity-planning information in Oracle.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in scheduling, supply chain, or fulfillment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, materials control, scheduling, and capacity planning.
  • Strong understanding of Kanban, JIT, point-of-use, FIFO, and level-loading principles.
  • Experience using Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • High school diploma or GED. Access to controlled data may be limited to US Persons under ITAR requirements; selected candidates may undergo a government security investigation.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
