Location: Blue Ash, Ohio; role located at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility. U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is mandatory.

designs, develops, and manufactures jet propulsion systems for unmanned aerial defense using additive manufacturing.
What you will do
- Track engine assemblies, subassemblies, and components through the manufacturing process.
- Monitor production priorities and support execution of scheduled work orders.
- Identify and escalate risks involving material shortages, quality holds, tooling delays, documentation gaps, and engineering clarifications.
- Gather updates for daily production meetings and communicate schedule priorities to shop floor personnel.
- Track schedule adherence, work order completion, work-in-process status, production performance, and throughput.
- Support recovery actions, bottleneck identification, ERP/MRP and MES data accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, simple reporting, and basic formulas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support structured production priorities.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
Nice to have
- Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial environments.
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with production scheduling, shop floor control, manufacturing flow, lean concepts, or continuous improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in academic, project, or operational settings.
