Sr. Production Planner I

Location: Blue Ridge (TAS), United States; onsite full-time position

hirify.global is a Houston-headquartered public company whose TAS business engineers and manufactures packaged modular systems for data centers, power, and commercial and industrial utility applications.

What you will do

• Plan, release, and manage production orders while monitoring progress and adjusting schedules.
• Verify drawings, bills of materials, routings, material availability, and staging before manufacturing release.
• Analyze MRP outputs, identify material shortages and capacity constraints, and develop recovery plans.
• Validate ERP data against actual schedules and support data integrity and system improvements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehousing, Scheduling, and Project Management.
• Train and coach planners, review planning outputs, and support SOP and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in production or manufacturing planning.
• Experience as a senior or lead planner in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedule risk, material constraints, and system-driven planning logic.
• Advanced ERP proficiency and working knowledge of MRP, CRP, JIT, Lean, and quality management systems.
• Four-year technical degree or at least six years of equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM certification.
• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with MS Project or Great Plains.
• Experience with ISO 9000 or other structured quality management systems.
