What you will do
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international employment laws and company principles, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements.
- Manage the complete employment lifecycle, including recruiting, offers, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits.
- Support employees with benefits, compensation, HR policies, and workplace relations issues in cooperation with payroll and corporate benefits teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
- Support global and regional HR initiatives covering performance management, workforce planning, learning and development, diversity, compliance, recruitment, exits, and compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, pay practices, and HR principles.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR analytics tools; Workday experience is preferred.
