Maintenance I/E Technician (Industrial Plant)

Location: Coatesville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite plant role. Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with alternate-week on-call responsibilities. Some travel and occasional support for nearby plant shutdowns or preventive maintenance activities are required.

Pay: $35–$40 per hour.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair air separation unit equipment, including compressors, pumps, motors, valves, gauges, vessels, hoses, and cryogenic process equipment.
• Disassemble and rebuild mechanical equipment, replace pumps and mechanical seals, lubricate rotating equipment, and collect vibration and oil samples.
• Perform low-voltage electrical maintenance, process control loop and readout calibrations, and transmitter calibration and replacement.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work in the CMMS system.
• Operate and control air separation process equipment while learning the ASU process.
• Cover shifts, share on-call responsibilities, and assist nearby plants during shutdowns or preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Two to five years of industrial plant or cryogenic plant experience preferred.
• Understanding of control valve functions, instrumentation calibration, pressure transmitters, and level transmitters.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment and working with Fluke multimeters.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment and climb and work at heights of up to 165 feet.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Electrical and instrumentation equipment experience in a plant environment.
• Strong mechanical background in a plant environment.
