Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. The production schedule includes three shifts, assigned according to plant needs and seniority.

Salary: $25.86–$43.93 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience. Annual bonus available based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation.
• Work safely as part of a maintenance team.
• Develop and apply multicraft maintenance skills through company-provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to work one of three production shifts as assigned according to plant needs and seniority.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.

• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
• Technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades.
