Entry Level Sales Representative - Fast Track Program - Uncapped Commission (Relocation Provided)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; 100% in-office. Paid relocation to Cincinnati is provided, with potential relocation to other TQL offices nationwide after establishing a book of business.

Compensation: $55,000 minimum first-year compensation, including base salary, sign-on bonus, and Fast Track stipend, plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Complete six months of direct training with experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight, and support daily freight operations.
• Prospect and make cold calls to develop customer relationships and close new business.
• Build and manage a book of business while meeting sales metrics and qualifying for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflict.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional customer service skills.
• Applicants must be able to work fully in-office in Cincinnati and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
