Assistant Facility Manager (Automotive)

Location: NC-Matthews Car Care Plus, United States. Service center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; schedule and shift assignments depend on the position.

Annual salary: $55,000–$70,000, plus monthly bonus potential based on performance.

What you will do

• Support daily operations of an automotive repair facility, including expenses, inventory, workflow, and financial performance.
• Monitor business results and help improve productivity, revenue, profitability, volume, and gross profit.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Service Advisors and other team members.
• Partner with the Facility Manager on performance management, policy compliance, and employee engagement.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety compliance and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of experience working with automotive or truck systems.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities and risks, and make sound business decisions.
• Leadership, teamwork, relationship-building, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and challenging situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous supervisory, management, or project management experience.
• Customer service and sales experience.
