Senior Program Manager

Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $145,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Plan, analyze, and assess acquisition projects against cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Develop and review Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs, Risk Management Plans, milestone briefings, and related documentation.
• Prepare acquisition reports, executive briefings, schedules, status reports, and funding documentation.
• Support risk management boards, source selection activities, RFP and SOW development, and CDRL preparation.
• Coordinate program integration, contractor deliverables, interface control, operational planning, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance required at the time of hire and must be maintainable.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant professional discipline.
• Eight years of directly related experience, including five years in a Department of Defense setting.
• Experience with DoDI 5000 Series acquisition processes, FAR, cost and schedule management, program risk management, acquisition reporting, and contractor coordination.
• Leadership, analytical, communication, mentoring, briefing, and collaboration skills.
