Program Manager (UAS)

Salary: $120,000–$245,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage contract cost, schedule, performance, resources, staffing, facilities, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for government contracting officers, government program managers, and senior contractor management.
• Lead requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, financial monitoring, risk management, and quality assurance activities.
• Review earned value, estimate-to-complete, funds expenditure, management reserve, and other financial reports.
• Prepare program status reviews, integrated program baselines, technical reports, acquisition inputs, and engineering change proposals.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary government and contractor teams to resolve urgent cost, schedule, technical, and contractual issues.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience managing programs or projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience managing multitask contracts and subcontracts and leading multi-vendor environments.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• At least three years of experience managing funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 program management certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. person status documentation required for ITAR/EAR-controlled information; some contracts may require current U.S. citizenship.
