Senior Technical Program Manager (National Security) (Aerospace/Space Systems): Leading complex national security aerospace programs within the Blue Ring portfolio with an accent on technical execution, financial control, integrated scheduling, and customer deliverables. Location: Greater Seattle Area. Active Top Secret clearance is required to start, and applicants must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements. Relocation assistance is provided.
Salary: $133,500–$186,898.95 for Colorado applicants; $145,188–$203,263.20 for Washington applicants. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do
- Lead execution of complex program deliverables, customer statements of work, scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk management.
- Manage contractual data requirements, program baselines, spend planning, cash flow, and financial performance across program and subsystem accounts.
- Coordinate priorities and activities across multiple engineering, finance, procurement, cost engineering, legal, supply chain, and technology organizations.
- Establish and run staff meetings, operating reviews, corporate reporting, planning cycles, and action-item tracking.
- Develop recovery plans for schedule, cost, scope, and performance variances.
- Represent business-unit interests in proposals and lead program-level sign-off on scope, pricing, cost, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance is required to start, including Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
- U.S. citizenship or national status, U.S. permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status is required under export-control regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program management or program planning experience in aerospace, including aerospace development programs or space systems.
- Strong understanding of DFARS-based contracts and experience establishing structured program environments.
- Expertise using MS Project for labor-loaded integrated schedules and demonstrated ability to build trusted professional relationships.
