Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission - Cincinnati HQ (Logistics)

Location: 100% in-office at 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245, USA

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 minimum compensation during the first year, based on education, plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Complete six months of direct training with experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight, and manage daily shipment operations.
• Prospect and make cold calls to develop new customer relationships.
• Build a book of business, meet sales metrics, and become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Requirements

• Work 100% in-office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflict.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional customer service skills.
• No previous experience is required; a college degree is preferred but not required.
