Electrical Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Henderson, Tennessee, United States; onsite. Two positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Salary: $24.26–$32.58 per hour

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues on presses, conveyors, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and PLC logic.
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, and industrial control systems.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Availability to work onsite on the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift.

Nice to have

• Electrical certification or relevant technical training.
