Program Management Manager (Automotive)

Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States; based at the World Headquarters. Domestic travel is required to support program needs.

What you will do

• Define project requirements, schedules, capital expenditures, and detailed program plans.
• Plan, implement, and oversee groups of related projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate customers, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, scope, quality, dependencies, changes, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and provide accurate program status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead important projects through completion.
• Experience planning and organizing schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional team members.
