What you will do

• Manage all aspects of vehicle program delivery, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and timing objectives.
• Provide indirect leadership to cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones.
• Conduct effective risk management throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
• Drive technical solutions in unfamiliar domains using engineering first principles.
• Refine processes to eliminate duplicate work and enhance team performance and engagement.
• Oversee program deliverables at gateways and lead pre-production build planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on a program team or in a similar capacity.
• Launch experience on a vehicle program.
• Background in DRE (Design Release Engineering) or Program Management.
• Understanding of engineering theory and principles for mechanical and electrical systems.
• High-level analytical ability for complex and unusual problem-solving.
• Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure environments.
