Sr Specialist, Program Manager (Training & Customer Support) (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; based at the corporate headquarters with 4–5 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional business travel are required. The role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. California base salary range: $143,000–$176,000.

What you will do

• Manage the master project plan and governance for Customer Support and Training within Commercial Operations.
• Develop delivery timelines, coordinate dependencies, and track milestones across functions.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting with functional leaders.
• Lead meetings and workshops, track decisions, document deliverables, and drive follow-up actions.
• Coordinate vendor and agency documentation, statements of work, purchase orders, and milestone-based payments with Finance and Procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of experience in project management or an automotive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with organizational navigation, cross-functional collaboration, and internal partnership building.
• Experience creating infrastructure, systems, and processes in a startup or greenfield environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems and tools, including Confluence and Jira.
