Project Manager - Michels Trenchless, Inc.

Location: Renton, WA, United States; travel is required based on project assignment location.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage one large project or multiple smaller projects concurrently.
• Ensure safe and profitable project operations.
• Lead project teams and coordinate client communications.
• Manage change control, project financials, risk, reporting, scheduling, and contracts.
• Support delivery across multiple construction project delivery methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with project financials, scheduling, risk management, change management, and reporting.
• Prior management and client-interfacing experience.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Availability to travel based on project assignment location.

Nice to have

• Experience with Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, CMGC, and other delivery methods.
• PMP or PE certification.
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W, MS Office Suite, or MS Projects.
