Region Manager, Carrier Success

Location: Hybrid; targeting talent in the San Diego area, United States

Salary: $80,000–$88,000 per year plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Oversee operations and execution for the assigned freight region.
• Manage load board activity, offers, coverage, and rate-related communication with customer teams.
• Monitor buying, gross profit, pooling, service, and other regional performance metrics.
• Drive strategic carrier network growth, network density, and reduced buying costs.
• Lead Carrier Success representatives through coaching, accountability, engagement, and performance management.

Requirements

• Strong industry and market knowledge, including regional freight dynamics and carrier coverage.
• Proven people leadership skills covering coaching, feedback, accountability, and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, prioritization, and organizational skills in fast-paced situations.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into operational improvements.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model and be based in or near the San Diego area.
