High Value Manager (Logistics)

Salary: USD 70,304 yearly plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and improve district programs for high-value cargo and customer-specific operating requirements.
• Coordinate customer requirements, operational planning, security protocols, facility controls, provider performance, incident response, and audit readiness.
• Manage secure staging, storage, handling, and high-value cargo cage operations, including CCTV, access control, documentation, and other security controls.
• Qualify, select, and monitor carriers, escort providers, monitoring vendors, and security partners.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, service reviews, security incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees supporting high-value operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, security, or supply chain.
• Leadership experience managing teams, cross-functional execution, service providers, and customer requirements.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse operations, cargo security, communication, escalation management, and problem solving.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, and prompt engineering, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-value cargo, enhanced security movements, TAPA, CTPAT, audits, incident response, or program implementation.
• Experience developing automations, applications, or digital solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in operations, logistics, finance, or enterprise shared services.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or related technologies.
