Field Operations Manager

Location: Seattle, WA; fully in-person and onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 per year, excluding equity or variable pay where applicable

What you will do

• Run daily onsite transportation service operations, maintaining safe, reliable, and accessible service for riders.
• Make real-time decisions about fleet operations, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected issues.
• Guide and support drivers by building relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Use rider and community feedback to identify patterns and implement operational improvements.
• Analyze service performance with data and technology, diagnose problems, and improve efficiency and rider experience.
• Coordinate between city partners, drivers, and central teams to deliver community transportation goals.

Requirements

• Based in the Seattle area and ready to work onsite 4–5 days per week.
• Experience in operations, people management, logistics, customer service, or process-oriented work.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable solving problems in the field.
• Ability to handle tactical issues while developing longer-term operational solutions.
• Motivation to expand transportation access and improve community mobility.
