What you will do

• Embed with commercial teams across Media, Sales, Strategy, and Analytics to understand business metrics and recurring decisions.
• Identify revenue and margin opportunities and validate them with commercial data before building solutions.
• Design and deploy AI agents, LLM pipelines, data products, and internal tools connected to live workflows.
• Own architecture, implementation, evaluation, reliability, observability, cost, and production operations.
• Drive adoption with operators and P&L owners, measure commercial outcomes, and improve systems based on results.
• Develop reusable capabilities through documentation, handoff, and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience spanning commercial ownership and hands-on software development.
• Deep expertise in Sales, Media, Strategy, Analytics, or a related commercial discipline, with demonstrated revenue growth or margin expansion.
• Production experience designing and shipping agentic systems, including orchestration, retrieval, structured outputs, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong Python, SQL, and API skills, plus experience with cloud data warehouses and modern data modeling.
• Enough front-end capability to build usable internal tools and write maintainable code.
• Ability to work effectively with analysts, finance leaders, executives, engineers, and commercial operators.
