Strategic Insights Analyst (AI)

Location: New York City office; onsite presence required 4 days per week

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Apply analytical and AI-powered methods to strategic business problems and identify actionable insights.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to develop hypotheses and execute in-depth analyses.
• Enable self-serve analytics and help stakeholders make data-driven decisions at scale.
• Define and own key performance metrics, including automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Use SQL, Python, AI agents, and automated pipelines to analyze large datasets, build data models, dashboards, and scalable workflows.
• Communicate complex findings as clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, business operations, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Solid Python knowledge, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with command-line AI agents, LLM-based coding assistants, automated analysis pipelines, and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Strong foundation in statistics and data science, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and forecasting.
• Ability to work from the New York City office 4 days per week; immigration support is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Mode, machine learning, MLOps, clinical outcomes, prompt engineering, or LLM optimization.
• Exposure to A/B testing, automated experimentation platforms, AI agents for business analysis, or workflow automation tools such as LangChain and AutoGPT.
