Location: Lititz, Pennsylvania, United States. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with up to 30% travel and on-site customer work.

What you will do

• Perform on-site calibration, maintenance, and qualification of customer equipment.
• Conduct environmental mapping and qualification services at customer sites.
• Calibrate and maintain internal calibration masters and customer equipment in-house.
• Develop equipment validations, qualifications, calibration methods, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide instrument troubleshooting, repair, technical support, and personnel training.
• Build customer relationships and maintain general laboratory equipment in ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and cGMP environments.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or relevant experience.
• At least two years of calibration experience.
• Strong attention to detail, mathematical skills, and knowledge of uncertainty calculations, significant figures, and unit conversion.
• Excellent customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
