Distribution Specialist II (Biopharma)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; onsite warehouse and cleanroom work

Salary: $55,930–$72,380 per year, with potential annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits.

hirify.global is a biopharmaceutical company developing and producing CAR T-cell and T-cell receptor engineered therapies for cancer treatment.

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse task assignments and monitor completion of required activities.
• Receive, dispense, kit, store, and distribute GMP and non-GMP materials, equipment, samples, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate GMP warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts, monitor Kanban replenishment, and communicate discrepancies.
• Execute ERP transactions and prepare, pick, pack, and ship materials according to established procedures.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, gown aseptically, maintain an inspection-ready warehouse, and follow safety and GMP requirements.
• Cross-train across warehouse operations and keep required training current.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 1 year of supply chain or warehouse operations experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, or a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing, aseptic processing, and cell therapy products.
• Experience following SOPs and knowledge of current GMP and GDP requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds and remain in a cleanroom for extended periods.
• Ability to work off-shift hours, including weekends and extended shifts, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
