Warehouse Operator (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Onsite in Clayton, North Carolina, United States. Monday–Friday, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

What you will do

• Manage receiving, inventory placement, material requisitions, and staging-area replenishment.
• Perform physical and system transfers of semi-finished and finished products.
• Conduct cycle counts, annual inventory counts, inventory adjustments, and supply reorders.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and load or unload trailers.
• Pull samples when requested and perform inspections of forklifts, warehouse areas, cold rooms, and freezers.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements while handling hazardous materials and maintaining required training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience; GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write legibly, and understand department documentation.
• Training or experience demonstrating awareness of risks related to hazardous-material processing, handling, and storage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of computerized inventory systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work in cold, loud, and physically demanding environments and pass a powered-industrial-truck driving exam.

• Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Basic math and metric-system knowledge.
• Strong organization, communication, and adaptability to schedule changes.
