Material Coordinator 3 (2nd Shift) (Biotech)

Location: San Diego, California, United States. Fully onsite 5 days a week, working the 2nd shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $21.20–$31.77 per hour, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Transfer finished goods between manufacturing, receiving, warehouses, and offsite storage to support order fulfillment.
• Monitor held inventory, temporary transit locations, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and location audits.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP, SFDC, and customer service reports.
• Support picking, packing, shipping, and order processing using scanners, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Generate inventory and performance reports and complete assigned special projects.
• Operate PIT equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and WAVE equipment, while maintaining certification.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of materials or logistics experience, preferably in life sciences manufacturing with temperature-sensitive products.
• Familiarity with GMP and ISO-regulated environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory control, work orders, spreadsheets, and word-processing software; SAP experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to a height of 36 inches and experience operating forklifts or other PIT equipment.
