Pharmaceutical Warehouse Distribution Associate (GMP)

Location: West Point, Pennsylvania, USA; candidates must live within a commutable distance. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm, with overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Receive, document, and store pharmaceutical materials in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Manage drug returns, support sample activities, and restock supplies.
• Remove expired items and stage materials for production.
• Provide cold-storage backup and support team needs, including occasional overtime.
• Follow safety requirements, SOPs, and documentation procedures while reporting issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience, or an associate’s degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Ability to follow written procedures and SOPs accurately.
• Ability to frequently stand and walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and use manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to work onsite in commutable distance of West Point, PA, during the 3pm–11pm shift.
