TL;DR
ERP Manager - Controls and Compliance (Oracle/SAP/Infor M3): Establishing and improving controls, security, resiliency, and regulatory compliance across global ERP platforms supporting financial, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial processes with an accent on SOX ITGCs, access governance, and operational resilience. Focus on designing ERP controls, leading audit remediation, coordinating disaster recovery testing, and embedding data governance across multinational ERP environments.

What you will do
- Design, implement, operate, and improve IT general controls and application controls across Oracle, Infor M3, SAP, and legacy ERP platforms.
- Ensure ERP environments support SOX requirements, including access, change, operations, and interface controls; lead controls implementation for ERPs introduced through acquisitions.
- Act as the primary ERP contact for internal and external audits, remediation planning, and management action plans.
- Define ERP security standards covering role design, segregation of duties, privileged access, identity lifecycle management, and periodic access reviews.
- Own ERP availability, recoverability, disaster recovery, business continuity, RTO/RPO, and operational risk requirements.
- Establish global governance models, influence ERP roadmaps, and lead matrixed resources across IT, Audit, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, Data Governance, and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience working with ERP platforms in large, global enterprises.
- Hands-on experience with SOX ITGCs, application controls, audit management, ERP security, access controls, and segregation of duties.
- Experience supporting global manufacturing environments and working with multiple ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, or Infor M3.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements such as SAF-T reporting, e-invoicing integrations, SOX, NIST, ISO, or GDPR.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting ERP transformations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, or equivalent.
- Accounting or MBA background.
