What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage Business Process Managers, ERP and application support resources across multiple locations.
• Own the reliability, availability, performance, and support model for SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS, integrations, and reporting.
• Maintain the ERP and enterprise applications roadmap with business leaders, IT leadership, process owners, and global CPIM stakeholders.
• Translate requirements from manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial functions into scalable system solutions.
• Manage data quality, master data governance, reporting integrity, application security, access controls, audit trails, validation, and change control.
• Oversee vendors, service levels, budgets, licensing, project delivery, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, engineering, supply chain, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience with ERP or enterprise application platforms in a medium to large business environment.
• 5+ years of experience in management, team leadership, application ownership, or program leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and modules; SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP lifecycle management experience is preferred.
• Experience with application security, role-based access, segregation of duties, audit controls, validation, change control, and regulated-environment compliance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, analytical, problem-solving, vendor management, and business process skills.
